1. General
These terms and conditions of purchase apply between Verrans Concept Store AB (the "Supplier") and you as a retailer or company
that wishes to have its own design (the "Customer") when ordering and delivering our products.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that it accepts these terms and conditions.

2. placing an order
All orders are placed via the web portal, https://b2bswedensouvenirs.se/sv/. A login is required there. Or by e-mail to info@verrans.se

3. prices and payment
All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Payment is made against invoice with 20 days payment terms, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of late payment, penalty interest will be charged in accordance with the Interest Act.

Prepayment may be required in certain cases, for example in the case of special orders, larger order values, new customer relationships or
in the event of insufficient creditworthiness. A decision on advance payment will be announced in connection with the order confirmation.

4. delivery
Within Sweden, delivery normally takes place within 3-5 working days from receipt of the order, provided that the products are in stock.
Special orders, e.g. with your own design, may take longer depending on the size of the order.
Delivery terms are free within Sweden for orders over SEK 3,500 excl.

5. complaints and returns
The customer is obliged to examine the delivery upon receipt. Complaints must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Defective
goods are replaced or credited by agreement. Returns will only be accepted after approval from the Supplier and
will be returned at the Customer's expense unless otherwise stated.

6. ownership
The Products remain the property of the Supplier until full payment is made.

7 Marketing and branding
The Customer may market and sell the Supplier's products under the brand name provided. Any use of the
logo or marketing material shall be in accordance with the Supplier's guidelines.

Name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, purchase and order history.

3. Purpose
- To handle orders and be able to fulfill purchases

4. How long is the data saved
Data is saved for 12 months after the last purchase, or according to the Accounting Act (7 years).
